自然屋のラーメン

Since 1999, three generations of the Nakamura family have served Okinawa with honest, organic ramen: slow-cooked broths, hand-pulled noodles, and ingredients you can trace back to the farm.

Three Generations,
One Bowl at a Time

In 1999, grandmother Hana Nakamura opened a small ramen counter in the backstreets of Naha. Her philosophy was simple: use only what the Okinawan land gives us, cook it slowly, and serve it with love.

Today, her son Kenji and granddaughter Aoi carry that same spirit forward. Every ingredient is sourced from certified organic farms across Okinawa. Our broth simmers for 18 hours. Nothing artificial enters our kitchen, ever.

What Our Guests Say

From local regulars to international travelers, every bowl tells a story.

"I have been coming here since I was a child with my grandfather. The Hana Miso tastes exactly the same as it did 25 years ago. That is the magic of Shizen-ya."

"Best ramen I had in all of Japan. The broth depth is incredible and knowing everything is organic makes it taste even better. The vegan bowl is a masterpiece!"

"The Ryukyu Tonkotsu is unlike anything I have tasted. You can feel the care put into every ingredient. A true gem hidden in the streets of Naha."
